Hello Everyone,

We are thrilled to share some fantastic news with you! The St. Paul Jr. Canadiens Hockey Club is leading their first round of playoffs 2-0 in the best of seven series against the Onion Lake Chiefs. Additionally, the league has just announced its award winners, and we are proud to have three deserving recipients who will become future Alumni members.

Awards
On behalf of the Alumni Foundation Board members, we cannot express enough how proud we are of #25 Quinn Szpak, #35 Mitch Webb, Head Coach Corey DeMoissac, and all the players. Your dedication, talent, and commitment to our 70-year-old franchise filled with honor, pride, and passion have been truly exceptional.

You will always hold a special place in our hearts as proud members of our hockey family. Congratulations to each of you for your outstanding achievements, both on and off the ice. Your hard work and determination have not only brought success to the team but have also inspired countless others in our community.

Well done, players and Coach! Your contributions have helped shape the legacy of our beloved franchise, and we look forward to celebrating many more victories with you in the future.

Playoffs
In addition to the playoffs, we are excited to announce that the Canadiens have secured a spot in the Provincials and have received an invitation to play in the best-of-the-best tournament in Flin Flon, Manitoba, in late April. As a result, the club will require some additional support from the community, sponsors, and partners.

  • The club currently has 13 spots left for our playoff score at $100 a square, and we are also auctioning off a pimped-out golf cart valued at $10,000 for $20 a ticket.
  • Furthermore, there are advertising spots available in Clancy for $1500 a year for a 4×8 sign that will stay up all year for rodeos and other big events.

We kindly ask anyone interested in making a contribution to support the club’s incredible run for the cup to please reach out to either of the Club and Alumni boards, and we can direct you in the right direction.

Lastly, we warmly invite everyone to come and attend all of the club’s home playoff games and cheer on the team to victory. All dates and times are posted on our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/stpaulcanadiens
